Silvermont Park - Final Master Plan

On November 13, 2018 Transylvania County Commissioners approved the final master plan for Silvermont Park.  Their approval included the ability to amend the phasing options based on need and funding.

Stay up to date with the Silvermont Park Master Plan! 
 
A few key things to remember: 
1.  This is still a rough draft.  No final plans have been adopted.
2.  This is a LONG TERM plan (15-20 years)
3.  The recommendation from Sitework Studios and our Parks & Recreation Commission is that NO park amenities be removed until an alternate location is found and the amenities are built
